We apologize for not being able to offer more open hours. Being basically a one-woman show limits my availability.
However, you can always call and make an appointment to come by and make your purchases. 

In addition to elk and yak meat, we always have a table with our latest available gift boxes and any extra fresh produce and/or products. We try to post an update on facebook indicating the types of items that will be available during our next open hours.
