This listing is for one hard cheese mold. These molds are perfect for making a 2 gallon batch of cheddar or other hard cheese. They are imported from Italy and are made from food grade Dairythene plastic. This mold can hold over two pounds of curd! Perforated for the best whey drainage, it comes with a pressing plate that is fabricated in my shop from food grade polyethylene plastic. Molds are ever so slightly tapered and the pressing plate will not fall flat all the way to the bottom of the mold.
