Our Best Ever Pancake Mix is sure to please! This hearty buttermilk pancake mix has just the right amount of whole wheat flour and spice to make it extra special. Easy to mix only requiring water and a little oil, these pancakes prepare quickly for a deliciously quick breakfast. They are absolutely perfect with either maple or berry syrups.
Comes in a lined bag with 3 cups of mix. Add 3/4 cup water and 4 tsp vegetable oil to 1 cup mix, adding additional water as needed to obtain desired consistency. One cup mix makes about four 5” pancakes.

Ingredients: enriched flour, 100% whole wheat flour, buttermilk powder, sugar, dried whole eggs, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, baking soda, and salt.
