Our "fruit first" sweet cherry preserves are to die for and can be used for so many delicious endeavors... or they can be eaten right out of the jar! Made with high quality, fresh Bing type sweet cherries, the color is deep and the flavor divine. The preserves are just tangy enough to not be cloying and being part of our "fruit first" line means that there is more fruit than sugar in this product. My favorite way to use them (besides simply eating them by the spoonful) is to make a dark chocolate sauce by melting chocolate chips and heavy cream together and then serving the preserves and the chocolate together on top of vanilla ice cream. Easiest, most delicious dessert *ever*!
