Our "fruit first" mixed berry spread (which I cannot legally call a jam because it has too much fruit in it!!) is an absolute treat! We blend blackberries and black and red raspberries into a beautifully balanced jam that is not too sweet and not too tart.
This recipe has more fruit than sugar in it, which makes it extra fruity and flavorful, but it still has enough sugar in it to spread easily and look gorgeous. It is almost seedless and made from berries grown on our farm and they are all spray free.

This listing is for one 8 oz jar. Shipping for one jar can be a bit steep. Ingredients: Ingredients: mixed berry puree (blackberries, black raspberries, and red raspberries), sugar, lime juice, low methoxyl citrus pectin, monocalcium phosphate (activates pectin).
All of our food items are made in our residential kitchen that is licensed and inspected by the New Hampshire DHHS.
